The service we received from Wieberen and Andrew was second to none, included coming out to pick us up when I rang to say we were lost in the back streets of the old town and couldn’t find them!

All the paperwork was done for us, no hassle at all, they even scrapped our old car for us.

We bought our beautiful Renault Clio from AboutCars, Wieberen could not do enough for us. We found the car on the website after reading many Happy Customer stories.

They made buying a car hassle free as we worried about all the paperwork in a different country. After working in the industry in Ireland I knew how much work is involved at home so it was a real plus to have it all done for us here as we would not have had a clue where to start!

The insurance was also sorted for us which was great, the car was delivered to us for a test drive, and nothing was too much trouble for him.

Wieberen and his team made my entire car buying exercise in Fuerteventura stress and hassle free – from sourcing the vehicle, having various cosmetic niggles sorted out to registering the vehicle in my name and arranging insurance for me on the vehicle (all of which were done by him in my absence).

He even collected us from the airport to hand over the vehicle. Exemplary customer service! There are also the additional benefits of the pre-delivery service, the guarantee itself and the service at the end of the guarantee period.

I cannot see myself using anyone else to sell my vehicle (if and when the day comes) and to source a new vehicle for me. He is also fluent in English which made it very easy for us to communicate.

Reputation, Communication, Quality & Service For us the reputation of this company was key to placing an order for a car only viewed on-line. Nowhere else would we have trusted any company online and over the phone without viewing a vehicle first.
