How to get finance on a new or used car in the Canary Islands
If you have a NIE number and work contract or pension, it is possible to get a loan to buy a new or used car in the Canary Islands. Even if you are self-employed you can do so as well. Documents from the Social Security office and your yearly tax returns are enough to apply for the loan.
When you receive a pension from your country and the payment is paid directly into your Spanish bank account, it would also be possible to get a car loan. If you can make a down payment, you have a better chance of approval. We can now also supply loans for cars older than 6 years!
When we receive all necessary documents, it only takes 2-3 working days to get the finance contract ready. Payments can be structured for up to 10 years instalment period depending on the age of the car.
